With the ocean breeze and the warmth of our closest family and friends, this intimate celebration will be a moment of pure magic as the sunsets for the day. In order to start the ceremony on time, we ask everyone’s presence by 4:30 pm.

A Few Important Notes
Welcome Party
The Welcome Party dinner will take place on the pier deck. While the area is covered overhead, the sides are open to the ocean breeze.Ladies: We recommend wearing wedges, block heels, or flats only.
Catamaran Tour
The bus will depart the hotel at 8:45 AM on Saturday. Please gather in the El Dorado Generations Hotel lobby by 8:30 AM. If you plan to grab breakfast beforehand, be sure to arrive at the restaurant early. Lunch will be served once we reach the island.If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring or take your medication in advance.
If for any reason you are unable to join the tour, please inform Priya (832-457-0790) as soon as possible. This is a prepaid, per-person activity, and we must provide an accurate headcount to the tour company.
Sangeet & Mehendi
This event will be held on the beach. We will cover the sand with flooring as much as possible, but please be mindful of the ocean breeze and choose appropriate footwear.Vow Renewal Ceremony
The ceremony will take place outdoors. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 PM so we may begin promptly. From the ceremony, we will move directly to Cocktail Hour, followed by the Reception. Both of these events will be held indoors.Resort Transportation
The resort is large, but golf carts circulate frequently and stop at designated pick-up points. You should be able to locate the one closest to your room.A larger, private golf cart for our group will arrive 15 minutes before each scheduled event. Please be ready for pickup 20 minutes before the event start time. If you miss this, you will need to wait for the next community cart, which makes multiple stops.
We strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes as the resort is quite spread out.
Weather
We’re expecting plenty of sunshine!Temperatures typically range from 81–83°F (27–28°C) during the day and 67–70°F (19–21°C) in the evenings. With the ocean breeze, a light shawl or jacket may be helpful at night.

Hair stylists are available to book at $110 per person. Booking details will be shared soon.Makeup artists are also available at the resort and can be booked upon arrival.
